My Name is Doug Niblack, and I have been infatuated with food and hospitality as long as I can remember. After working as a Chef and managing several kitchens, I moved into catering and event development. Through the last several years I’ve had many incredible opportunities to work for and with some of the most talented and influential players in today’s hospitality and event scene.
After hundreds of events, thousands of dinners, and all the planning that goes with it, I still can’t get enough of planning and production of all types of gatherings. My promise to my clients is to put together ideas and bring them into reality, to provide excellent service and the highest quality of food available, while treating our team, community, and environment with the respect and hospitality they deserve.
